Kazukoba Visits O'ahu in 2014 (snap photographs) [┣HAWAII]
Finally, let me show you some snap photos.
I took these while driving around O'ahu Island.
This photo was taken at Koko Head.
Here is the rocky coastline that is on the southesatem side of O'ahu.
We can see exposed cliff face and dynamic wave crashing against the rocks.
After that, I went back to the Wikiki area.
I took a photo on the H1 highway from inside the car.
※Of course, I wasn't driving by the way.
Here the road slope down, so we can see a fine cityscape.
As you can see, this is taken looking up at Diamond Head from Kapiolani Beach Park.
This photo is balanced well with the palm trees in front of Diamond Head.
And then I drove north-west.
The north-west has gentle ocean waves in summer which is very different from the winter.
The light reflection creates an eye-opening beautiful view, so the fire engine silhouette as the main subject locked very attractive.
As dusk sets in, the evening sunlight filtered down through to the sea surface and the sky seemd even more beautiful.
I was trying to capture silhouettes during a beautiful sunset.
I thought the trees would be a great idea.
These two people were unplaned but a nice surprise, too!
This is the home of Kamaka Ukulele.
In this factory, the world’s best ukuleles are crafted by hand.
Kamaka has been the home of hand-crafted ukuleles in Hawaii since 1916.
Many ukuleles are made from Hawaiian koa wood.
It is best-known on Hawaii, “Koa” in Hawaiian means brave or bold.
I have a special fondness for the shiny finished surface, rich tone and warm sound.
I’ve been waiting years to get my own genuine Kamaka ukulele.
This was a special side trip just for me.
After a long time waiting, I got it !!
It was yet another amazing trip to the "Rainbow State"!
The end.
